Thank You for visiting.  My name is Richard Goudie.  I have more than 27 years of private sector and public sector experience with federal, state & local, and commercial organizations providing business strategy, business development, teaming strategy, capture strategy, GSA MAS Schedule capture, training, operations, contracts, subcontracts, recruiting, and sales. 

I have experience pursuing and winning prime and subcontract government contracts with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Defense (U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, OUSD, Business Transformation Agency), U.S. Department of Energy, Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice (FBI), U.S. Postal Service, U.S. Department of Transportation (FMCSA), SouthWest Research Institute, and NEW involving IT and functional services.

In addition, I am a founding and active member on the steering committee for Fast Rope in the National Capitol Region (Washington, DC) which is a professional government and commercial networking organization.
